I am in the beginning phases of building a private music lesson studio based in Lubbock, TX. My rate for private lessons is $1/minute for locations within 20 minutes of Lubbock, virtual lessons, or at my personal studio.

I plan to offer local band directors services that meet the wide variety of administrative, teaching, and other skilled labor they may be in need of throughout the academic year. Running a program is intense work, and I’m happy to help lighten the load. Below is a list of basics I currently offer:
Rehearsals & Lessons:
$1.50/min: ensemble rehearsal
$1.25/min: sectional rehearsal: Brass, woodwind, percussion front ensemble; solo & ensemble coaching.
Copyist & Engraving Services:
Adaptations: transposition, instrumentation
Copyist services: Score from parts, extracting missing score, expanding condensed score to full score.
Composition & Arranging:
Band exercises, concert pieces, marching shows, stand tunes (licensing included for arrangements), custom click tracks.
Audio Production Services:
Ensemble recordings & production, student auditions, mixing/mastering, rehearsal reference tracks, synth or other live marching band audio, sample prep.
Administrative Assistance:
Music library organization/cataloguing @$15/hr
Concise and detailed cataloguing of instruments and equipment @$15/hr
Concert program design, notes, formatting @$50/program (bundle & save)

The brass box concept comes from “black box”, which is effectively this: Tell me what you want from an orchestral brass section, and I’ll make it happen.
